Each year, we design approximately 100 island style homes for all types
of budgets, from the opulent to the economical.

Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art computer hardware
and software that allow us to provide superior design work. Utilizing
CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) in graphic production and
design results in high quality drawings, faster production times, and
greater flexibility during the design process. All of our homes are
modeled in 3-D prior to construction.
- Commercial Construction Drafting Services

We are a favorite of builders and contractors because our
drafting competitively priced, concise, and easy to understand. We
have drafted many commercial structures, from large coffee processing
plants, to small retail space remodels. We can work with metal
building manufacturers to assure that their plans flow smoothly through
the county building permit process.
- Grading Plans

- The County of Hawaii requires that all site work involving more than
100 yards of material have a grading permit. We can design
a grading plan that shows the quantity and location of material to be
moved. For an additional fee, we can also arrange for a survey
if one is needed.

- Shop Drawings

It may not be possible to find the exact item that you need for
your new home. If you need a custom marble bathtub from Italy, or a
special teak cabinet from Indonesia, just bring your ideas to us and we
will create "shop drawings" for your artisan.
- Custom Pool Design

We can provide your builder with custom pool designs, including
the mechanical and electrical schematics that are needed for obtaining
a
building permit in the County of Hawaii.
- Color Architectural Modeling

Using our state-of-the-art computer modeling software, we can
provide you with still or animated color models of you new home.
