perspective renderings of your new island home located on realistic
terrain with landscaping can be added for additional cost.
Site Plan
This plan shows how your new home is positioned on
your lot. It also shows driveways and other hardscape items.
Foundation Plan
A complete detailed drawing showing all dimensions
(including post and pier locations) needed to construct the foundation.
This includes the layout on a concrete slab.
Floor Plan
Shows each floor of the house with all the required
framing dimensions, including all window and door sizes and their
locations.
Floor Framing Plan
For multi-story or raised floor houses, these plans show the layout of the
floor framing structural members and connectors.
Reflected Ceiling Plan
This is a view of the ceiling as if you were looking at a mirror
on the floor and seeing the reflection of the ceiling. It identifies all items that will be
located on the ceiling (lights, exposed beams, ceiling pitch changes,
etc.)
Building Sections
The sections show vertical dimensions and roof and ceiling pitches.
Exterior Elevations
These are drawings of the front, rear, left and right
sides of the house. We also include a 3D perspective of your
home.
Roof Framing Plan
This plan shows the layout of the roof framing structural members and
connectors.
Electrical Plan
Complete electrical plans showing the placement of switches, outlets and light fixtures.
