We are Pete Piper and his talented design team at Piper Designs.  We are residential home designers who create custom home designs and home renovations to meet the special needs of our clients in Kona, Hawaii. We strive to match an architectural solution to the unique personality of the client. All of our island style tropical home designs evoke a compelling sense of place, style and comfort that makes them highly livable and timeless. We design house plans for the unique tropical lifestyle. Our designs offer spacious lanais, high ceilings, and an abundance of windows. We have designed homes from the multi-million dollar estate to the affordable "coffee shack". 

This deluxe plantation style home was recently built in Kailua-Kona. It has an elevator and a crow's nest lanai that provides the owner with a spectacular coastal view!  This photo-realistic color  rendering was generated using our state-of-the-art 3-D modeling software.  All home plans can include a color rendering!
