We are Pete Piper and his talented design team at Piper Designs.  We offer design, drafting and 3D modeling services for residential custom home designs and home renovations to meet the special needs of our clients in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. All of our island style tropical home designs evoke a compelling sense of place, style and comfort that makes them highly livable and timeless. We design house plans for the unique tropical lifestyle. Our designs offer spacious lanais, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. We have designed homes from the multi-million dollar beach front or mountain estate to the affordable bungalow, cottage or "coffee shack". 

This deluxe plantation style home was built on the slopes of beautiful Mount Hualalai in Kailua Kona. It has an elevator and a crow's nest lanai that provides the owner with a spectacular coastal view!  This photo-realistic color  rendering was generated using our state-of-the-art 3-D modeling software.  All of our home designs can include color renderings to allow you to visualize your completed home.
